Job Title: Project Manager

Job Duties:

1) Provide IT project and program management for technical and task force teams in developing and executing project charters and meeting deliverables schedules based on business and financial analysis. 
2) Facilitate meetings on behalf of the project/program sponsor and business teams to include coordinating and issuing project agendas, capturing and generating meeting summaries and action logs.
3) Set clear objectives and establish timelines for each information technology project, ensuring timely completion and achievement of goals.
4) Monitor project progress closely to identify any deviations from the planned schedule. Coordinate with cross functional team to expedite the schedule.
5) Manage PS team deliverables and outcomes with ITIL production lifecycle and Agile/Kanban methodologies.
6) Prepare presentations for stakeholder updates and meetings, including coordinating and compiling stakeholder / IT comments and feedback.
7) Make necessary adjustments to keep projects on track and address any issues or challenges that arise.
8) Prepare and submit regular progress reports to management, providing updates on project status.
9) Assess potential impacts of projects on business operations and develop strategies to mitigate adverse effects.
10) Collect and analyze data related to project aspects such as financial health, supply chain budgets, and material consumption.
11) Operate machine connectivity and material identification systems, including OCR-Barcode processes for Printed Circuit Board Assembly and tracking.
12) Automate the material movement processes to achieve quality system project goals.
13) Leading the automation of real-time inventory monitoring projects to optimizemanufacturing processes.
14) Participate in analysis of IT solutions by tracking the execution of features and capabilities using metrics and escalating and tracking impediments.
15) Ensure accurate tracking of material locations within the organization.
16) Implement and automate RFQ process management.
17) Coordinate Aerospace, Medical and business critical project activities.
18) Develop comprehensive and detailed project plans to align team members and facilitate smooth execution.
19) Efficiently communicating project statuses to supervisors and associated staff.

Degree Requirement:

At least a Bachelor’s degree in a directly related field like Technology Management.
