Key Responsibilities:
• Market and manage bench consultants effectively
• Maintain and update an active bench list
• Strong expertise in placing CPT, OPT EAD, H1B & H1B Transfer consultants
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Tier-1 vendors
• Generate and track a high volume of requirements
• Identify and capture new market opportunities
• Develop new business with Tier-1 vendors
• Maintain and regularly update vendor databases
• Create vendor databases client-wise and region-wise
