Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities in the US and other Global staffing market
- Promote and market our existing offshore delivery team to support client projects and staffing needs
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, procurement teams, and clients
- Work closely with recruitment and delivery teams to fulfill client requirements
- Manage the full sales cycle – lead generation, client meetings, proposals, and closures
- Present offshore team capabilities, delivery models, and value propositions to clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Required Skills:
- Excellent English communication skills is a Must (spoken and written)
- Proven experience in US staffing sales / recruitment sales
- Experience selling offshore staffing or delivery models
- Strong client acquisition and account management skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
- Ability to collaborate with offshore recruitment and delivery teams
