Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition:
Identify and engage potential clients through market research, networking, and outreach.
Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet and exceed sales targets.
Consultative Selling:
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions in Mobile App Development, Web Design, and IT Services.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the feasibility and scope of projects.
Client Relationship Management:
Nurture and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying upsell opportunities.
Provide excellent customer service and act as the main point of contact for clients.
Market Research and Analysis:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to drive business growth.
Proposal Development:
Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and quotations to clients.
Sales Reporting and Forecasting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities using CRM software.
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in service-based sales in the IT industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of Mobile App Development, Web Design, and IT Services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
