Job Title: Senior Business System Analyst
Job Duties:
- Apply theories and principles from information technology management programs to resolve IT operation and management issues encountered in the assigned projects.
- Assist formulation of management regulations and procedures to optimize different areas such as production, research, human resources, customer relationship, logistics, supply chain, future planning, blueprint report, and risk assessment report.
- Liaison between the users and the different teams involved in the application development for a better understanding of the Business and IT processes.
- Coordinate efforts for Merger & Acquisitions (M&A) and migration project following merger of Slack and Salesforce.
- Gather Business Requirements related to Renewals, Product Bundles & Price Matrix/ tiered pricing using Salesforce CPQ and customized record types, different pick list fields, links, related lists, and other components on page layout in SFDC.
- Conduct thorough data analysis of the existing system and develop requirements for data mapping and implementation.
- Analyze data in applications to determine data integration and identify data gaps against new requirements or conflicts across applications.
- Identify and resolve all bottlenecks of cooperation in our business and management issues.
- Analyze our operations to interpret business object blueprints and program to take accurate measures.
- Perform market research, situation analysis, and price comparison for company routine procurement and ascertain market trends.
- Monitor and maintain project progression, logistics, and supply chain to keep records, update goods, solve supply chain problems, and reduce risk of delays.
- Collect and integrate information regarding the company’s operational data and records to create statistical data, spreadsheets, graphs, and charts.
- Interact with customers regarding dimensional issues and identifying their concerns through customer feedback analysis.
- Deliberate professional business documentations, proposals, and recommendations to management for modifications to current procedures for optimal functionality.
- Research laws, regulations, insurance policies, and standards to ensure complete compliance with all regulations.
- Cross reference Account Executive and Renewal Manager list between organizations to ensure profiles and permissions are aligned.
- Create a strategy framework with the Compensation team for reflection of True Up payment on closed contracts.
Qualification:
At least a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology Management
