Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat- India
Time: 03:00 PM to 12:00 AM IST
Must-Have: 5+ years+ Experience in IT Services
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition:
- Identify and engage potential clients through market research, networking, and outreach.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Consultative Selling:
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions in Mobile App Development, Web Design, and IT Services.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the feasibility and scope of projects.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Nurture and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying upsell opportunities.
- Provide excellent customer service and act as the main point of contact for clients.
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to drive business growth.
- Proposal Development:
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and quotations to clients.
- Sales Reporting and Forecasting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities using CRM software.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in service-based sales in the IT industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of Mobile App Development, Web Design, and IT Services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
