Key Responsibilities:
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., Dice, LinkedIn, job boards, social platforms) and referrals.
- Screen resumes and job applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate’s; relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
- Stay up-to-date with current recruiting methods and tools.
Requirements:
- Any graduation, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in OPT recruiting.
- Strong understanding of the OPT process and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Proficient in MS Office and recruiting software/tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Required Skills:
- Excellent English communication skills is a Must (spoken and written)
- Proven experience in end – end OPT recruitment process
- Experience in hiring H1 Transfers/ Project transfers ,GC and H4 for direct marketing
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
