Software Engineer | Irving, TX
- Design, test and develop software based on analysis of user requirements.
- Involved in manual/automation testing of STB applications includes sanity, functional, regression, UI and usability testing.
- Identify the defects, log capturing and root cause analysis of issues to deliver quality s/w with minimal defect escape. Develop test cases/test scripts for new features and enhancements.
- Review and update the existing test cases as per changes needed. Execute the automation tests, analyze the failures and issues tracking.
- Collaborate with product/project team to understand the business needs and requirements of the features and application.
- Primary worksite is Irving TX but relocation possible.
Qualifications:
- Master degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or related field with 5 months experience as Software Engineer or Developer or Business Analyst or Data Analyst or Peoplesoft Administrator or Test Engineer or IT Consultant or related IT Positions. Ref: #0568.
