 Job Duties:
  • Sales Force Administrator is responsible for the ongoing support and integration of the Enterprise Sales Force CRM. ¬†
  • Responsible for providing input and feedback on the design and customization of the tool and must be able to work independently as well as with cross-functional team members.
  • Sales Force Administrator will collaborate with other team members to facilitate solutions that meet business requirements and also maintain excellent communication with all levels of employees within the organization to ensure smooth operation of the CRM Software and Information Platforms is responsible for technical configuration, design, administration, development, implementation and support of application and information frameworks that application solutions utilize.
  • ¬†Leverages fluency in technical languages, operating systems, application programming interfaces.
  • Estimates to high-level business requirements and provides options analysis. Monitors and manages proactive maintenance to application platform environments and resolves support issues involving production systems.
  • Partners with Enterprise Architecture teams for product selection and product capability roadmaps and information governance processes.
  • Documents and manages SOPs for software and information platform systems. Interfaces with business solution teams and partners on operational platform events as well as solution design needs.
  • Drive the innovative use of as a productivity tool and business platform, adhering to best practices and technology advancement.
  • Manage enhancements and implementations to the system in line with given business needs.
  • Define technical solutions in Salesforce to support business processes.
  • Maintain and enhance visual layout, workflow rules and business logic to streamline business processes and improve user experience.
  • Implement and integrate third-party products/applications on the Salesforce platform.
  • Coordinate and lead user acceptance testing with various groups to ensure the quality of developed solutions prior to deployment Deploy Salesforce meta-data between non-production and production environments using appropriate tools.
  • Manage quality of data in Research and advice on best practices for Salesforce solutions.
  • Provide support to Salesforce users in all groups and act as the primary point of contact for end-user support.
  • Collaborate with end-users to create and maintain training materials. Serve as a ‘go to’ person for Salesforce for internal clients throughout the company.
  • Work with Salesforce support to troubleshoot issues and maintain smooth operation and performance of the platform.
  • Develop and support key decision support and financial reports for senior management and maintain Users, User Roles, Security, and Profiles.
